Piss poor customer service. I had two issues I was concerned with about a policy renewal and waited a week for a response from Mara and was told "I will check on it" over a span of 7 days with no actual help. Ended up finding a better policy with a different company and was pretty much just told "good luck" after waiting so long. No apology or care in the world for customer service. Will never use this unprofessional company again.
I just moved to Florida and I tried to get a quote from them. I worked with Mara. I called and emailed her multiple times and she never returned my messages. I use to work for Allstate and I have never met an insurance company that didn't want business. I am assuming it's because they are unorganized. I still have never got a quote. Please everyone avoid this agency. If they can't get me a quote imagine how long it will take for them to get back to you if you got in an accident.
